This innovative concentration provides maximum flexibility for candidates seeking opportunities to teach at the collegiate level, work as a corporate trainer, lead major organizations as a Chief Learning Officer, become self-employed, or more. Emphasis is placed on adult learning theory, assessment and instructional design.
